“I will earnestly and without reservation strive to take opportunities to acknowledge the good around me through spoken and written words of gratitude. ” ~ Japhet School’s Gratitude definition statement
When people help us we should say ‘Thank you’. Sometimes those words are not enough to express the gratitude we feel. ‘Thank you’ can be more than words. We can show gratitude by being helpful. We can offer our time and talents to those around us for whom we feel gratitude. We can be people who can be counted on to help out. Whether it is guest teaching, providing transportation, lending a helping hand, or offering a new perspective on an issue – the desire of our Japhet community to help and lend support has been coming through loud and clear this Thanksgiving season. And for this I am extremely grateful.
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
