Our Mission
Japhet School's mission is to nurture and prepare each child for life by integrating character education with a strong academic program.
It gives me great pleasure to share with you digitally Japhet School’s April Student Art Show! Traditionally, the month of April brings student artwork to the halls of our school building. However, due to social distancing, we’re unable to do that this year. As we have adapted to distance teaching and learning these past weeks, we now find that we are able to share with you digitally our students’ artwork. The tremendous benefit of sharing digitally is that you may experience this is the comfort of your homes with your families – and we are able to share with our entire Japhet community!
Led and guided by art instructor Marti Minard, students in K-8th explored the world of color, rhythm, and the joy of artistic expression. Thank you to Robin Pospisil, who photographed each piece of artwork, to Carrie Huber, for gathering Preschool art, and to Betsy Stecker, who organized the artwork into its digital form complete with music.
