Parent Partnership Association
Kelli Green
This year I am the PPA president and am so grateful my children are able to attend Japhet School. My husband and I have a son in Upper Elementary and another son in Kindergarten.
A little bit about me!
Our family lives in Ferndale with our dog, Dolly and cat, Phillip and this is our third year at Japhet. I grew up in a small town in Canada and graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Community Health. I am a stay at home mom and also one of the “pizza ladies” at Japhet!
Welcome to the Japhet PPA!
The goal of the PPA is to bring families togetherand we have wonderful ideas to make this school year fun for everyone! The main event will be Family Fun Night, which takes place at the end of the school year.
Last year, families enjoyed a picnic on the school playground along with activities, crafts and more. This is when we need everyone to volunteer their valuable time most! Duties include planning, promotion, set up, running a station, and clean up.
Past events have been a successful way to bring families closer together and to raise money for the school. Last year PPA coordinated several restaurant nights, selling winter greens, and spring blooms and we hope to continue that this year!
